Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Manali – Drive to Tirthan Valley

Arrive in Manali and take a scenic drive to Tirthan Valley (approximately 4-5 hours). The valley is known for its untouched beauty, dense forests, and flowing rivers. Upon arrival, check into your campsite or homestay in the valley. Relax, enjoy the fresh mountain air, and take a leisurely walk by the river. Overnight stay at the campsite or homestay.

Day 2: Tirthan Valley – Trek to Gushaini

After breakfast, begin your trek to Gushaini, a small village in the Tirthan Valley. The trek is around 4-5 hours, passing through dense pine forests, crossing charming wooden bridges, and encountering stunning mountain views along the way. Gushaini is known for its rustic beauty and is a great place to relax and unwind. Overnight camping or stay in a homestay in Gushaini.

Day 3: Gushaini – Trek to Rolla

Today, you will trek from Gushaini to Rolla, a scenic campsite located along the Tirthan River. The trek is moderate in difficulty and takes about 5-6 hours. You’ll pass through deep forests of oak and pine, with glimpses of the beautiful Great Himalayan National Park. Enjoy the tranquility of the river and the surrounding natural beauty upon reaching Rolla. Overnight camping near the river.

Day 4: Explore Rolla – Day Hike

After a leisurely breakfast, take a day hike to explore the surrounding areas of Rolla. You can choose to hike along the Tirthan River or visit the nearby Great Himalayan National Park. This day will allow you to immerse yourself in the serene landscapes and rich biodiversity of the region. Return to camp in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Rolla – Trek Back to Gushaini

After breakfast, begin your descent back to Gushaini. The trek back will take around 4-5 hours and offers a different perspective of the valley. Once you arrive in Gushaini, spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring the village. You can also visit the local temples and enjoy the simple rural life of the valley. Day 6: Gushaini – Drive to Manali & Departure

After breakfast, take a scenic drive back to Manali. You will arrive in the afternoon and can either explore the local markets, cafes, or head to the bus station/airport for your onward journey. Your memorable journey through the Tirthan Valley concludes here.
