Day 1: Chandigarh to Shimla

Your journey begins with a pick-up from your preferred location in Chandigarh (Railway Station, Airport, or Hotel). You’ll travel in a comfortable private taxi, enjoying a scenic drive of approximately 3.5 – 4 hours (120 km). The route takes you through lush greenery, winding mountain roads, and picturesque views of the Shivalik Hills, offering an enchanting start to your journey. Upon arrival in Shimla, check-in at your hotel and unwind after your drive. In the evening, you can explore Mall Road, the heart of Shimla, famous for its colonial charm, shops, and vibrant atmosphere. You can also visit The Ridge, offering panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains, or head to the Jakhoo Temple for a peaceful spiritual experience.

Day 2: Shimla Sightseeing

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, the day is packed with local sightseeing. You’ll start by visiting Kufri, a popular destination near Shimla, especially in winter, where you can enjoy snow sports such as skiing, tobogganing, and horseback riding. If you’re visiting during the warmer months, Kufri’s natural beauty will captivate you with its lush landscapes and fresh mountain air. Then, head back to Shimla to explore The Ridge, a flat area in the center of the city with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. You can also visit the historic Christ Church on The Ridge, one of the oldest churches in North India, known for its stunning neo-gothic architecture. Day 3: Shimla – Naldehra & Mashobra Excursion

Next, travel to the quaint hill station of Mashobra, known for its tranquil atmosphere, apple orchards, and lovely scenic views. Day 4: Shimla to Chandigarh (Departure)

On your final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your departure time, you can visit any spots you might have missed or simply relax and soak in the last moments of the serene atmosphere in Shimla. Afterward, check out from the hotel and begin your return journey to Chandigarh. The drive takes about 3.5 – 4 hours, and you’ll travel back through scenic routes, reflecting on your wonderful hill station experience. Upon arrival in Chandigarh, you’ll be dropped off at your preferred location, be it the Railway Station, Airport, or Hotel, marking the end of your 3 Nights / 4 Days Shimla getaway.
